Itinerary
This 4-hour culinary workshop starts with a meet up at the Cusco main square.
Travel to the venue where the cooking class takes place.
One of Cusco’s top chefs will give a brief talk about the history of Peruvian cuisine as well as introduce the dishes you will be preparing and the ingredients to be used.
Prepare a the popular and refreshing Muña Tea, using Muña--the fragrant Andean herb that produces this soothing and invigorating drink.
Under the continued guidance of our top chef, toss a vibrant Andean Salad bursting with fresh, local ingredients.
Finally, learn to stir fry the iconic Lomo Saltado, a dish guaranteed to tantalize your taste buds.
