Itinerary
Pick you up at your hotel after breakfast.
Travel to the trailhead in Lamay where the three hour hike begins. The hike is approximately four miles at a steep 13,615 feet but well worth it.
Rest and break for lunch upon arrival at the site.
Exploration of this beautiful Inkan site is believed to have been built by the Emperor Ubiracochia around 1420 A.D.as a military administrative and agricultural center. There are numerous structures and an 800-meter long irrigation channel. It is surrounded by wonderfully preserved agricultural terraces.
Travel back down to Lamay.
Head back to Cusco.
